I couldnt email everyone so again...

I have booked a 2 hr session for us at Newport on Thursday 17th November 2011, 2-4pm.

I've kept it small because Its better for coaching and for intermediate level riders.

I hope as many of you as possible can make it because at £20 per head it requires a minimum of 12 riders to cover it although I'll take 15 maximum. Originally i had about 10 interested names from this club but when I sent a list of dates round only about 4 people followed up so i'm a little worried about it.

I have to cancel by 16th OCTOBER LATEST to avoid having to pay for the track to no purpose so I need all those interested to give me your names before that date and money soon after.

All payments will come to me by cheque or transfer in advance please. (you can ask for my bank details)

I will open it to other riders as well so, although Maidenhead riders have priority, if you dither too much your place might be gone when I get closer to the cancelation date.

On the day I can offer a lift to two (2) riders, bikes on the roof rack and kit in the car. can also take one volunteer helper.

Please rush all at once.
