Just wanted to say thanks to Paul and Nigel for todays track ride - I throughly enjoyed it, have learnt loads and realised that I am not TOTALLY useless - I didnt even come last in the sprints!

If there is anyone reading this who thinks they cant come out for one of these track events, think again - I have only had my road bike for 2 weeks, and this was a brilliant way to do some training. Nigel helped me with lots of tips (get out of that saddle and dont give up being the one that nearly made my heart burst!) and at no point did I feel I was slowing anyone up or getting in the way.

I wish I could come to the next one, but already have a date with my clarinet, but I will certainly support them in the future...
